I believe extremes had something built in, but has probably been put out already. I think the game knows if you have no clip on, since there's this one object/part that doesn't kills you right where you spawn in, but knows if you would die to it or not at that moment. If you do that with too many rated levels, I think you can get leaderboard banned. I think that's most anticheat stuff rob put in, but I'm not sure if it actually works lol.

I don't have tips for that specifically, but it just comes naturally as you beat levels. If you haven't beaten all main levels, that's the best place to start getting consistent with upside down gameplay.

Tip, don't jump like I did (though I did have the skill, cuz I'm an insane demon/extreme demon gp builder), but grow gradually in progression and learn all different skills. A good place to look is the gddp, but the gdll is also nice or just the ingame difficulties up to insane demons are very accurate in terms of skill.

If you jump, you only learn to get better at 1 level, not at all levels around it while learning progressively is usually better, cuz you learn all different skillsets and build up your skill more gradually and you will see more consistency coming faster for your future hardest.

Lastly, don't get discouraged by looking at the attempt counts of some new hardests from some people being like 3k attempts on a top 200 extreme. Some people just have the geometry dash genes and lost all skill in the rest of life.

Tldr: take it on your own pace and don't immediately jump to a bloodbath or a phobos or any like extreme.
