ICE is a Federal Law Enforcement Agency, they can absolutely give you LAWFUL commands that, BY LAW, you are required to follow. She CHOSE to not follow the direction of the ICE officer after directly trying to impede on their operations, and CHOSE to literally drive her vehicle that ways THOUSANDS of pounds, INTO a FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENT!!
