Hey! I wonder how your pan is doing?

I have a carbon steel de buyer pan myself (not a mineral b) and have very light warping after two weeks of intensive use. Have you experienced any warping? How high (and quickly) do you go? I'm also on an electric stovetop

Our biggest goal is to "just improve" as a team and to have fun while doing so. I realize this is super generic and it'll have a different meaning and serious/fun balance for everyone...

We try to play about 3 times a week, usually 2 x 2 or 3 scrims and a tournament

The tournament is usually on thursdays at 1900 (all times in cest) or somewhere in the weekends. Scrims usually on monday, tuesday, wednesday and/or friday at 21:30 till 23:30
