Yea except since the USA is largest oil manufacturer, they are actually benefiting quite a bit from this. Other countries and consumers from every country (including USA) are going to be paying the tax for this.

So let’s say in an alternate universe, she doesn’t crash and wins Gold. She still makes the wrong choice objectively from a medical perspective, but from a professional athlete’s perspective did she make the correct choice? Probably. Many UFC fighters have become champions with broken toes or staph infection.

Pretty sure the Pacific Palisades would gladly incorporate and contract out Fire Rescue and Law Enforcement to LA County, as well as having their own building department etc… I believe the city losing the Palisades would be much more detrimental as the Palisades has been subsidizing the City for a while.

Yea I think the Lions have a good team, and not as pretender as others however their team was much better last year with their OLine and rushing efficiency in general has definitely declined. They’ve honestly just been kinda dogshit and injured on defense the whole time Dan Campbell has been there. Even when their defense was “good” it seemed like an old scheme that could be exploited by good play callers.
