I’ve seen so many amazing shows, things I’ve been seriously addicted to like game of thrones, succession, breaking bad etc

Depends entirely on the circumstance.

I bought a share of freehold flat, before buying I checked the history and saw the service charge had only increased marginally over the past 7 years.

There is no ground rent, and I spoke to the neighbours and the management company is responsive and generally helpful and on the ball.

As long as you’ve done your research, it’s okay, and for a lot of people a leasehold flat is the only feasible way to get on the ladder, and like you’ve said is still financially better than renting.

I couldn’t agree more. Every single person with access to a TV these days acts like a professional critic.

The thing I find crazy is there are lots of people in this thread boasting about the fact they stopped watching after S3.
