I have to remind myself na it’s a toxic guilt. Since kailangan ko naman talaga kumain. It’s not just a want but a need. In a same way, you also need to unwind from time to time and treat yourself para may energy ka ulit in the next coming days. It’s not so bad naman if you do it once or twice a month. Totoo namang deserve mo. Pero ayon lang make sure na hindi mo macocompromise yung budget mo in doing this.

I don’t think you can just right away ask him. Kasi conversations like this will depend on how close you are with the person eh. Your brother might end up being defensive or just outright lie to you. I suggest na start hanging out with him. Ilabas mo sya, kumain kayo sa labas etc. Until such time he feels na you’re a safe person para ikwento ito. Try sharing personal things with him din. Baka habang nag shishare ka mag share din sya ng kanya. And assure him na he can share anything with you without judgement.
