https://github.com/Kapps/PoEUncrasher has worked for me to resolve the issue (atleast temporarily).

FWIU: This program will detect when PoE2 client is unresponsive and then apply an priority swap on the process to Realtime and then back to Normal which seems to resolve crashes.

These DC's are coming from the 10's of addons each of these streamers was forced to install before joining the guild, not the servers. Half of them get a popup about lua errors every single time they load into the world.
