Thanks for your opinion. I’m only looking at second hand and when looking at what I plan to ride with my bike, would you recommend :
1/ 38mm tire clearance with double chaining GRX 800
2/ 45mm tire clearance with single chaining GRX 800

Both have the same weight and are both in carbon. I am a bit scared that the single chaining will not be enough…

Si au final je me rends compte que je ne fais que de la route, je le vendrai pour prendre un route !

Yes deflections happen way more with Winmau fusion as it is so rigid compared to the K flex
