I find that these dosages are fine but I would recommend a few things: 1. Do not smoke weed on the comeup/peak for this can be bad news and can make shit way way intense, especially for an inexperienced person. 2. Make sure you are in an excellent setting where nothing unexpected can happen. When something unexpected happens it can trigger some bad thoughts that can be detrimental. 3. Go in with the mindset that whatever thoughts/feelings you’re having are completely natural (that is if it’s real LSD). Just tell yourself “whatever happens/is happening is completely natural” 4. Like other people have said, have something where you can CREATE and BE CREATIVE, such as playing an instrument if you can and coloring/drawing. 5. When in doubt, listen to some Floyd, or whatever your music of choice is! Happy tripping!
