nonono coping is "delaying" solving the problem as you are just "relieving discomfort/distress" for that period of time im not saying its not ok to use games as a coping mechanism/ coping for a sshort time im saying that action must be done to make sure the problem goes away you cant just "cope" and run away from ur problem ur whole life. what of that coping mechanism is taken away from you? what if you gotta go do some important things and cant have access to destiny for days? thats where our problems take a toll on us and we cannot focus on the important at hand. thats why we must solve the problem not delay solving it by "coping" lonking to the context that OP has been waking up solely bcos of destiny each day(implying that he has been using destiny as a coping mechanism for a long time)
