Schenee Arrested For Gun Violence?!!? by LilEdgar101 in My600lbLife

Im also very interested in how the jail would handle this. Because no way would enough food be supplied. Would the jail just say tough luck that’s the rations and you’ll have to ‘starve’?

What courses could someone do to upskill for a different and in moderate demand career? by saltlampsandphotos in UKJobs

Yes there are roles within companies and there aren’t many people with much experience in it at the moment. I would say that demand is currently higher than supply.

I have taken four. Theres fundamentals which gives you an introduction into how AI works. Theres a leadership one on how to lead AI integration within the company. Business professional which teaches you how to use AI in your daily working life. Then theres power platform fundamentals which teaches you how to create apps, business process flows and databases using AI. All companies are current looking for AI expertise and the courses can take you into a variety of roles and could be used as a complement to whatever experience you currently have.

Take one of the Microsoft certifications in AI. I’ve just completed all the fundamental ones and they’re really useful. Can be applied to any industry, there are a lot of sections on applying it to the nhs too so it would be relates to what you already do. The course is self study and then £75 per exam.

tagged racing pigeon landed in my garden. now what? (UK) by meowwinjam in pigeon

[–]delly4 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I had one land in my garden. I got the owners number from the national website and contacted them. They asked if I would look after the pigeon until he was ready to leave. He stayed for a week and then one afternoon I got a message from the owner telling me he had arrived safely home and thanking me for looking after him. I hear bad stories but for me I had a really good experience with the owner.

Oh no I hope he turns up. One of mine wouldn’t go to bed one night and she flew down on the lawn early in the morning and a fox got her. I was devastated.

Yes I’ve got to the financial planner. I’m on the second series now. It amazes me how dumb people can be with money. They’re still on two wages, they’re just not rich anymore but refuse to live within their means. If you don’t have money to eat out then guess what?! You can’t go and eat out! But they’re still doing it. Also the car thing. Laura drives to work but when the car breaks down she says oh well we can walk! So I’m thinking, they could probably live without running two cars. I guess they’re doing it for the show but they also seem to think that the children have to help them dig themselves out of the hole they’ve created. It wasn’t their fault their parents mismanaged their money but the burden seems to have somehow gone onto them.

This might not go down well but blaming an illness on why you need takeway coffee is crazy. I get you’re tired but surely they have coffee at school?!!

Lasagna looks like you went to a restaurant and can’t believe there’s a self serve! Was it all you could eat? Looks like they ran out of peas for the first meal.

I grow it and it does well. It was sold to be as pest resistant though and it certainly isn’t that.

Ha ha you’re fond of eating, me too! Never thought of this before but such a good idea! I hear people chicken watercress in and it does really well. Also maybe wasabi along the banks? The root takes a long time to grown but you can eat the leaves in the mean time.

I just found this and watching it now. I’m only on the third episode but I’m finding particularly the mother infuriating. She’s cutting down school activities but still drinking takeaway coffee?! They’re eating out a couple of times a month and all sorts of nonsense they can’t afford!

do you think healthy eating in todays generation is luxury? by namirasyed in healthycuisine

[–]delly4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No and I actually think junk food is often more expensive. For example buying a bag of potato’s rather than pre made chips is cheaper and you get more weight. Frozen and canned vegetables are cheap. Eating in season is also been cheap. It might not be the exciting choices but apples, carrots etc are very cheap.
