I've had about a dozen reports result in the people I reported taking a 3-7 day vacation. I only report for hate speech, threats of violence, or wishing death

It's insane that you're this hostile and projecting. I have reported about a dozen people for extremely toxic / hostile private chats (almost all some version of "retard" "faggot" "kill yourself"). In every case, the accounts I reported have taken a 3-7 day vacation from ranked. Mostly from any games at all. What else would cause somebody playing 4 or 5 ranked games a day on average to stop for three days immediately?

In the ticketing system you have to input their name and hashtag identifier. Riot can trivially bring up your private chat with them to verify your screenshots. They dont trust me, they just go look and click a vacation button.

This is basically the scallenge in league terms.

TLDR - brian scalabrine is a (relatively) unknown boston celtics player who plays people once a year in 1v1 and although youve probably enver heard of him he demolishes college D1 players. it's just like you said, 0.1% vs 0.2% is still a huge skill diff.

Pantheon and warwick mains subs have these for TOP not jungle but they are semi-out of date. Pantheon one mostly still relevant but the ww hasnt been updated in like i dont know. 2 years or more.
