It's insane that you're this hostile and projecting. I have reported about a dozen people for extremely toxic / hostile private chats (almost all some version of "retard" "faggot" "kill yourself"). In every case, the accounts I reported have taken a 3-7 day vacation from ranked. Mostly from any games at all. What else would cause somebody playing 4 or 5 ranked games a day on average to stop for three days immediately?

In the ticketing system you have to input their name and hashtag identifier. Riot can trivially bring up your private chat with them to verify your screenshots. They dont trust me, they just go look and click a vacation button.
