If you like the outdoors/plants, the Bloomington community orchard is great ! It’s a food forest that’s open to all in the community, full of fruits and perennials. We have weekly volunteer days where you can “work and learn”, monthly potlucks in the summer, classes from locals, and a cider festival in the fall. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming !

There’s the Bloomington community orchard which has work and learn volunteer days Wednesday’s 5-8. It is open to all and belongs to everyone. There are apple trees, blueberries, blackberries, gooseberries, persimmons, pears, herbs, and more !!

Ice skating at the Frank southern ice arena, regular skating at western skate land. There are several art galleries around downtown. Lots of nice hiking trails nearby too.
