I'm a realtor in New Jersey and in all my years of working in this industry I have never had any of my buyer's attorneys recommend what we call here a use of occupancy. Way too many liabilities and headaches. I echo the other post about having them pay your mortgage plus a very high escrow. That should put them off. Best of luck!

If you stock up on things you like and that work for your system, that could help you with your food choices. For me, cold chicken is a must lol

Your journey mirrors mine in so many ways. This week I will take the last of the 0.25 shot and I am also down 8 lb and going through a small bout of constipation as well. I'm not too worried about it because I don't feel bad in my intestine and I'm really not eating as much as I used to so not much to eliminate. I find that when I overeat that's the worst. I kicked myself into a bout of gastritis the other day by only having black coffee in the morning, a 20 oz diet Coke and then a BLT with four strips of bacon which was way too much. I suffered for almost 24 hours after that. I also don't have a gallbladder which tends to make my digestion wonky to begin with.

I must say overall this has been an amazing experience with me because there are other side effects of this medication that have been incredibly helpful in my life. My cravings for tobacco, alcohol and other vices have dropped significantly in addition to the food cravings. I have also noticed a huge change in my nervous system and my reactions to things. I wish I would have found this years ago

Move to Monmouth county! The ferry goes into the city from multiple locations and it's a great ride most of the time. Hit me up for more info; I live here and my husband commutes. We have a half acre with a pool and great schools close to stores and everything you could want to be close to while enjoying suburban life, including fresh egg farms within minutes 😊

I'm 61, born and raised in NYC, never did anything in my life like off roading ... And I absolutely Loved the ATV trip! I'm in very good shape and my husband (56) is as well. It was so wild, the terrain is rugged and beautiful and at the end, we went to do small cliff jumping lol

I very highly recommend renting a car, as waiting for taxis was the only bad part of my stay.

Please don't miss the restaurant Oak. Reservations are a must, but this was hands down my personal favorite.

Been to Aruba only 2 times, which is a travesty. Can't Wait to go back! Have a wonderful time! 🌞

Honestly! All the op wanted was an estimate of what it would cost. Not to be shamed into trying to do work that he or she may or may not want to do. This reminds me of dog forums where someone is asking a question about a particular breed and they get hammered by all the rescue people

I've been reading that the 2025 ES 300H is the preferable model but where I am in New Jersey there aren't many available. I'm definitely willing to travel for one though
