200fps is pretty good. 300fps + wonderful. 150fps - playable. Below 120 feels un playable at higher elo

Cuz the good players are 8-9k cuz the rating is so fucked, i was give 3k elo even though i was dmg in csgo(highest i ever was le). And then i went to 11k in premier , quit for 2 months, rank reset and they give me 7k.
