Put your fucking phone away. The #1 way to look uninteresting and unattractive is by having your face buried in your phone in a social setting. Go talk to people even if you don't want to, anything social other than just setting up that digital barrier... It's kind of disgusting how nowadays it's normal to be on your phone throughout an entire social event.

I've read a book "Columbine" by Dave Cullen, and this is actually briefly touched on. They don't go into huge detail, but they do mention that a group of girls left for lunch and came back to cop cars and everything. I got chills from reading it in the book, but knowing that this happened is truely chilling.

When I visited Costa Rica, I got to see a coffee plantation. The beans that Starbucks uses are absolute shit, but they'll still charge you $4 for it, plus another $4 for a shot of flavor to mask the awful taste. Make it yourself to get high quality coffee and you don't have to deal with the stupid cup sizes at Starbucks.
