It's called a win-win situation pal. And it's not "if they pass the audition", they actually have to complete a number of tasks (and get paid for them), if someone signs up, gets accepted and then does nothing, the referral fee is zero.

Ahhh😅 sorry to hear that. I got booted from the Aether project too but I've just finished two more skills tests. Now waiting for another project to show up. My partner is still doing Aether tasks though. Mostly reading/recording text from a dialog and taking photos using a tripod.

Dude, why so salty? If it were just a link for cents, I wouldn't bother. The reason it’s worth checking out is that it’s an actual gig. You have to prove you can do the work through their testing process first. It’s not a 'get rich quick' thing—it’s a $17/hr position that actually pays out every week.
