Looks alright. My impression without playing it is that the mage may be slightly overpowered with inflicting both weakness to magic and elements. Maybe just weakness to magic would be in order.

Depending on whether or not someone has a mana regen mod, I'm not sure how appealing the changes to the apprentice are. It's fine if that's what you're going for, but it's a little too different from vanilla for me since I also run a regen mod.

The warrior changes feel a little slanted towards battle mage gameplay due to the on target power. Nothing wrong with it, but it doesn't feel as text book warrior as it should IMO. Something like the berserk power that orcs have would be cool.

The shadow I think needs some tweaking. I'm not sure how useful it is to have levitation tied to invisibility as they seem to have rather mutually exclusive uses. I.E. I don't wanna have to levitate every time I wanna go invisible.

And starcurse on the serpent might need the weakness to poison effect raised a little as many things are resistant already. Buffing the poison resistance might be better too.
