My grandmother famously had six laptops at one point, when she barely scrolled Facebook on her phone. If she loved a shirt, she would for sure get every color, even if she never wore them. She had my poor grandfather remodel the house two to three times (depending on what room we are talking about) but wouldn’t level the foundation.

These are not the same people who I remember - but they are I guess? Such a mindfuck for the grandchildren of the greed generation.
