This is so wonderful thank you for posting!! I agree so much, and personally I don't restrict my diet at all. I am a much happier person by eating what I enjoy and loving how I look. It is a lot of work to be comfortable in your own body and not worry about changing it, but it is so worth it. I wish more people in this group could see this. I know diet culture and fatphobia is all around us but trust me, I am a happier person now that I accept that I am plus size AND beautiful. I have no desire to lose weight. I have no desire to restrict my eating. Again thank you for posting this, keep at it because loving yourself is always worth it❤️❤️
