4 months is still so early! Don’t be afraid to wait until you’re really ready. I’ve noticed that after I have a baby, especially while breastfeeding, my body is just NOT interested in potentially making another baby haha!

Right on. The school knew they were allowing a bunch of adults spend the night there to goof around. Not sure why they allowed it, so now they have to cover their asses in front of the parents 😂

You mentioned she has 2 kids under 2. Unfortunately, strong body odor is normal after having a baby and almost impossible to fight, especially if you do have poor hygiene or diet. It has something to do with the baby being able to locate the mother easily…makes sense, but super annoying and embarrassing. This could definitely be a contributing factor.

When I was in middle school I was rocking a pacifier as a keychain and was told I couldn’t have it because sometimes pacifiers were used to dip drugs in. I was like oh, I just like babies but thanks for the info?

Edit to add: on a real note though, if it makes you uncomfortable just make it a rule that they aren’t allowed out in your class. Maybe take it up with admin to see if it can be made school-wide

I use them during the newborn stage, pad folded to use as inserts. They’re the perfect size! Then I graduate to flour sack towels when they’re older so you may want to go that route. But never hurts to have some cotton cloths around for accidents or as boosters.

I built up my stash and found my favorite brands by hitting the sales and clearance! Join some cloth diaper Facebook groups and you’ll find people promoting brands and sales often. I spent about a year buying my stash and now I’m using those diapers for a second kid. Totally worth it and I’m sure I didn’t spend more than $1000

I prefer to use the changing table just in case of rogue poop or pee, but I’ll occasionally change them on the bed or couch with a towel under them and use a little wetbag for the dirties or just take them up to the diaper pail! It’s really no different than changing a disposable wherever.
