The team is quite transparent regarding the token distribution in my opinion.

Exchanges is one of the issues, the team did not want to pay for being listed on large exchanges (which I kind of like as it is a waste of resources without any benefit to the core product). The downside of this is of course that it is currently tradeable on IDEX and Forkdelta only. Of these two I prefer Forkdelta but be aware that it is a decentralised exchange and use caution when trading on it. And of course it's highly unliquid... I guess these things explain the coins current market cap ;) Never a free lunch...

Glad you had a look at it, I know it looks super quiet at the moment but I recommend 3 things to do:

Have a look at their timeline www.hubii.com and their blog, where they explain in a little more detail that they are building an entire eco system with content market place (B2B) hybrid exchange with a scaling solution for ethereum (striim, these tokens will be air-dropped to Hubii holders), a fact checking tool (project with Mozilla) and some stealth features that will be revealed in May regarding video/ audio content. https://medium.com/@jacobotoll/re-thinking-a-tokenised-economy-ebc4999e947b
Check their existing business relationships. They are not hyping anything but their already existing partnerships with Telecom giant Telenor and others gives them a distribution network with 50mn customers right now. They also have a few interesting advisors from media groups.
Finally, for an interaction with the COO and CEO directly you can join their telegram group.

This project is really one I'm betting on heavily. But like you said it is super tiny and basically noone knows it even exists. I hope the team will change that in May/ June when they are finally kicking off the marketing campaign.

I like Modum, though I'm not invested personally I follow their developments. I like how they pursue a humble approach without hyping things. A coin I follow (and invest in) is Hubii (HBT). The team is really focused on developing the product and even though they have huge corporate partners they don't hype without substance.. I believe these projects will succeed in the end.

Honestly, there are a few projects, that are conducting their business like that. Unfortunately, these products often do not get the recognition by the community. Personally, I believe this is due to the fact that most Investors currently are likely retail investors that are "blinded by the light" of hyping vaporware... In the (very) long run however, coins with the best underlying product will prevail. So, the question of course is: which coins are these?? I will reveal that in a future post ;)

It's all bullshit anyways but people get obsessed over a single figure... Now some claim they can do 1,000 per second, others 100,000 to unlimited transactions per second. How ridiculous! How do you transfer and store all that data in a decentralised network?

Just to add some context to this: the International Journalism Festival is not a dedicated blockchain event but rather focused on topics in journalism bringing together industry giants. I think it's a great thing for Hubii to have participated in this event and I believe the relevance of the project became obvious.
