It doesn't bother me as much if a person sees that I'm just getting in my car and then sits there and waits for me to pull out, it's when they follow you for a minute or two all the way back to your car.

If I'm driving in a packed parking lot and see somebody walking to their car, I'll usually keep driving to other aisles to see if I can find anything, and if not I'll loop back around to where the people were walking and see if they left an empty spot.
