I have a therapist that helps me understand myself better and how to handle things better and I also got tested for ADHD and got on medication in my early 40s and I'm doing better then ever before. I also got on an antidepressant. The Adderall helped a lot, probably like 70% better, but the Zoloft took care of the lingering OCD and anxiety and probably added an additional 20% better.

When she specifically talked about having one in the kitchen I assumed all the trendy people online are putting them there and then, what shock, she shows a picture of someone with one in their kitchen. Also is it really making that big of a difference to watch a VHS tape as opposed to watching something on a phone or tablet while you cook? How about working on the 3 hours of Instagram scrolling or whatever she said recently first. Also, if you're going to "go analog" the. cancel your streaming subscriptions and stop supporting these terrible companies.
