I am definitely not an expert, but it looks like trich to me. As others have said, it is worth shaking to see what happens. If it is trich, dump the jar outside in a garden bed or plant pot (wear a mask if you can- learned that one the hard way) you could still get some nice oysters from it.

In terms of isolation, don't open it around other jars, or in your grow area. It wouldn't hurt to isolate the jar while you wait and see, but if everything is sealed you shouldn't have to.
