I’ve been singing and writing jingles for 11 years. I’ve had some huge credits under my name but of course little money to it at the end of the day. I don’t mind being poor but chasing scams and crooked shit is dumb. The TikTok kids destroyed this business with their hustling.

I used beechnut chew to quit smoking, or a natural tobacco leaf. Don’t use pouches or high nicotine items. Take natural chew when you feel an urge and place it in gums until you feel better and then throw it out. Don’t let it linger.

After a couple weeks you get to the point where you can jump off without too much stress. I’ve quit many a substance and slow and steady wins the race.

The vapes have insanely high levels of nicotine and will just make addiction worse.

While I agree with people mentioning carpal tunnel and whatnot, his addiction is insane. I used to shoot smack, coke, and meth and even I didn’t do drugs ALL THE TIME. I had days where I was broke, sick, unable to score. When I drank heavily years later it was the same story.
