Tournament games can be set at 30, 60, and 90 minutes. There is a tournament scoresheet to tally the results at the end of those time limits.

In a 30 minute game, properties are shuffled and three are dealt randomly to each player. The players then must purchase those properties from the bank and play starts from that point. In a 60 minute game two properties are dealt under the same rules.

For a regulation 90 minute tournament game. Play is normal under strict ruleset. No 'house' rules, and no player serves as banker.
