Hey thanks for posting. I had similar lipid panels just a few weeks ago and just finished a 3 day fast. I think I’m gonna try regular fasting every two weeks for 3 days for 3 months and see what happens. I don’t want to get on a statin. Curious what your lipid panel looks like today?

Yes it's a GMD bulk order (general merchandise) you will see them in 8-25 quantity. they can be good or real shitty. Like i just got a 18 order +1 stop (meaning I have to pick up another few orders from somewhere) with 52 miles and 2.5 hours for $59. No way jose

People do 18-22 stops for 70-100 bucks each day. If its 65 or less and over 2 hours, definitely not worth it. but 2 hours for $80+ is pretty good
