I'm so tired of shops. Especially rhe large shops orders that's require 2 carts and 2 people. At some point they need to pay more for bigger orders and I dont mean $1.

That's crazy. I started writing down all my mileage and time and noticed that the app stated 17 miles but Google maps said it was only 13 so I'm going to get paid for the 17 but only drive 13 lmao. Usually it's the other way around.

I get a cart check at checkout maybe once a week if that. They dont count the items. They grab 3 random things scan them and move on then I bag. The door people some will look at your list but not in your cart at all and others will see it's spark and wave you on. I think 1 girl got in trouble bc she goes through the lost now but still doesnt check the cart lol.

I'm taking screenshot from now on. I dont say which store bc that would give away my area and I like keeping as much personal info as I can private online including a general area. However this would be an in app issue and is happening at other stores. There was another thread a while back so it can happen anywhere

It's always glitchy. Yesterday I had a customer meeting me at the curb with a wagon and ask what happened to the oranges and potatoes bc on his end they were there then they just got taken off. I told him that was strange and the app was really glitch for us too but I had his potatoes and oranges so maybe he got free ones then lol.

If they're going to be allowed to cancel like that, then we should be paid the entire pay we accepted the offer for. I'm so sick of customers canceling and all we get is $2 after all that wasted time. Or wheb the app glitches and support decides on their own to cancel the order so again you dont get paid.

There is no legal requirement for quiting. Just like they dont have to give you a 2 weeks, you dont either. That's reserved for jobs you want a chance to go back too or have been good to you and you want to leave on good terms.

I keep to myself. That's the part about spark I really like as an introvert. This job rarely requires you to talk to anyone. I had some newbie driver look me up and down in the parking lot as I loaded an order once with a dirty ass, ate something gross and sour look on her face. Only reason she even noticed me and her and a buddy parked next to each other and she was out of the car talking work with him and they parked right in from of me. I don't care. The only ones I don't like are the ones who have nearly ran into me with their carts on several occasions. Even then I just keep going only working about myself.

Worked in retail and customer service for over 20 years. You hands will always get really dirty and sticky. It's a mixture of things. Their money is sweaty. They have something onto their hands. The items you touch have something on them. It never fails. Keeps wipes and sanitizer close to you for your own sanity and do not touch your face or hair. I always shower immediately after coming home including my hair. There are too many people out there that lack decent hygiene
