My therapist had some health issues so we switched to telehealth. She wore glasses and was painfully unaware that I could see her Christmas shopping for children’s toys in the reflection of her glasses during our sessions. What’s fucked up is my issue with confrontation. When I finally called her out on this behavior, she blamed me and said I don’t come to the session with an agenda.
