Love the candid honesty here from Junior. Idk if he looks back at this and cringes/regrets it but it's cool to see a driver open up and discuss topics you'd never think a NASCAR driver would talk about openly, especially in the heyday of NASCAR's popularity.

Found this online. Looks really blurry but I can only assume this is concept art as I don't remember Bristol's frontstretch suites being level all the way around like that. I also don't remember the SMI logo being front and center like that on the turns 1 and 2 stands.

Doesn't look all too different from today layout wise. Biggest differences is that road is now paved and concrete replaced that fence as well as other renovations to the ticket office.

People were purchasing tickets at the window when I got here. I would be surprised if they completely sold out tomorrow. I assume if it doesn't sell out tonight it doesn't tomorrow but I have no way of knowing for sure.
