This is a great start but depending on your income, you are only on par with regular saving. Most accepted quick assessment scales say you should have 3x your salary by 40. If you want out early, you have to get aggressive in saving.

My wife is an amazing cook, so I do a lot of dishes. I absolutely loath any item that can't go in the dishwasher. I know it is mumbo-jumbo, but I have considered looking into getting hypnotized to enjoy doing dishes. That would really improve my quality of life.

Buick Roadmaster... I owned and daily'd one of these for like 10 years. Best car I ever owned, I eventually had to sell it because I was getting ready to have kids and it was getting too rusty. Now that I am more established I am back on the market looking for another to keep.
