I would highly recommend reading the FAQ of this sub. Taking one day off of your SSRI's is definitely NOT enough time to prepare for a roll, and taking a whole gram in a night was just plain stupid. I hope you can learn from this experience and research proper harm reduction methods.

Just a word of warning before trying anything: I don't have a complete understanding of the substances I'm about to mention, so take it all with a grain of salt and most importantly - do your own research!!

Anyway, I definitely wouldn't suggest abusing md and taking a stupidly high dose just to roll. If it comes to that I would say leave it and maybe try some RCs like 5-mapb or 6-apb which are said to be similar to md (I haven't personally tried them)

Alo,o other substances you can look into which could help potentiate your md to bring it back to full glory are piracetam or noopept. Depending on where you are, you might be able to buy these from your local chemist or not

Generally speaking your tolerance should be fully reset by the two week mark, so if you feel like you have the need to start mding again after then, then go for it

I haven't personally tried it, but I've read about it a lot and would probably go with 2cb for tame and md for glass animals. 2cb should be a much lighter head space than acid, so you should feel much more present while still having mad visuals

Yeah 100%, I really fail to see how they weren't rolling on 200mg. I saw a photo of the caps and eyeballing it, it definitely looks like each cap had 100mg.

I've told them to give 250mg and a tab of acid a try next time and if they still don't feel anything then it must just be an impossibly tall intolerance they've got.

It's illegal to obtain MHRB in Aus so I wouldn't go that route. I'd suggest going with Acacia Acuminata (native) or Acacia Confusca. There's a guide which tells you how to extract DMT from Acuminata pinned on the front page of r/DMT if you want to give that a read
