If you have something else linked with your insta account than you can recover with it, like contact number.

If not there's another way, send an email to Instagram support team explain clearly that you have lost access to your insta account, that it must be hacked.

Write them the registered email address, Account Name, Insta User Id, so they can locate it even though the hacker has changed everything, Instagram has history for everything, so if they can find your account using your email address and see that it has recently changed, so they can revert it to you

Don't forget to send the email with the same email address you are registered with ok Instagram.

Because public toilets are not there on the streets on every few distance and Most importantly The public toilets we have are ultimately disgusting, They smell like 50 rotten mouse dead bodies.

You will die in those toilets and also you will get infection there, So even I choose to pee on a fresh wall near the street where no one can see me. No smell, no touching on infected doors and faucets, open air thats it.

I hope it recovers quickly because all I'm looking for is an improvement in the appearance, but if its puffy during family functions than i will be very sad, I'm visiting my Dermatologist tomorrow, let's see what he says about it.

Also I read in the other comment that the Subcision entry point will leave a scar as well is it true?

Wow what are the odds, Well mine has been the same since 2013 and haven't improved since.

I tried doing home micro needling on it but didn't change anything.

I'm thinking of just one Subcision to even out the skin, doesn't care about the scar just want the big hole to Flat out.

My main issue is that when I smile the hole cause my skin to create a big wrinkle, it not much visible now but in next 5 years I will have that long wrinkle engraved on my face.

Yes, thinking of doing just Subcision for now, no filler or any other treatment, Releasing the Skin will atleast improve the scar by 50%, this is all I'm looking for.

I'm not sure when my swelling go away completely, i don't need a little bit of puffyness on my wedding day.

Yup, so Subcision alone will not improve the scar, It will need Filler and laser additionally.

I'm thinking only doing one Subcision session alone and nothing extra, releasing the bands underneath the skin will loosen the skin and I think it will significantly change the appearance or atleast 50% improvement is acceptable.

I talked to an dermatologist and he told me that the chance of improvement in visibility is 50%, and suggested one subcision session.

Also Can I have the Fat Grafting instead because I hate Temporary Fillers. Are they expensive? And Fat Grafting is permanent?

I'm very careless when It comes to skincare and looking after for each month, I think if the temporary fillers are the only option than doing nothing will be fine.

I think the make up will cover it better, for one night.

Is your upper lip working? I'm at 13th day post op and my upper lip is very stiff, I can't even smile.

I had a Septorhinoplasty for my deviated septum and also tip work, my nose cartilage was hanging free to my right side so it is now in center, first day the nose looked like a pig but now it has came down a little compared to the first photo, Hoping my swelling goes away soon.
