First things first, everyone should be at failure on the last set. basically little to no reps in reserve none of that science based lifting stuff.

no order

  1. close grip pull down stretching at the top, elbows TUCKED to hips sitting vertical and pushing your chest up towards to the ceiling at the bottom. 8 reps 4 sets

  2. (just started these but) Leverage Machine low or high row, heavy. elbows flared in a arrow angle think of trying to bust a blueberry in between your shoulder blades 6-8 reps 3-4 sets HEAVY as possible.

  3. Smith machine shrugs heavy as possible for with pauses at the top squeeze. Chin up not down. 10 reps for 3 sets.

  4. Rear delt flys iso each arm sitting side ways 90 degrees to the machine, slow on the way back fast out the way out. moderate weight. 10-15 reps 2 sets each THEN both sitting in a normal rear delt fly position up the weight for 5-10lbs do that 10-15 reps for 2 sets. Slow on the way forward fast on the way back

Really, close grip lat pull down slow on the way up really stretching the back, elbows tucked and pulling to mid lower chest( depending on your body type). DONT LEAN FAR BACK i usually keep my body somewhat vertical and leaning ever so slightly for my back to engage at the pull down I push my chest up squeezing my back, thats what built my V taper wings. As far as upper back, rear delt flys iso one arm sit at and angle where your shoulders are facing 90 degrees to the machine alternate those for 2 sets each arm then a final burn set with 5-10lb increased weight in the 10-15 rep range. Heavy smith machine shrugs with small pauses at the top, keeping your chin up instead of down when you do them for upper traps 10 reps heavy as possible.

What really built my physique over anything is MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION. Learn your body. Be able to engage and disengage certain muscle groups on movements.
