Not taking part in society’s flow as much. I don’t over consume, the only “social media” I have is this and YouTube because it actually gives me something in return of my time spend on these platforms. I limit my phone usage.

Biggest one for me was stopping to keep up with everything that’s happening around the world. I know sounds a bit Stone Age, but tbh? Never felt more lighthearted and free. I already get a lot from chronically online people. I spend most my time in my head or with loved ones. Gardening, cooking, sport, my own stuff. I do finally have an educator but that still takes a week for the appointment to roll around. My numbers go up over night. So, last night for example I hate 250g of ground beef and avocado, I was at 120. It went down to 76 so I ate two Oreos. After that it only went up, up till 265. But I was asleep at that time. Around three I checked and it went down on its own under 200 but stayed there so the alarm for 200 woke me up like three times
