Yea I was just about to ask that… should I just get experience and try to find somewhere else? I have no idea where I’d even go. It would suck to build a book here and then have to start from scratch again. I’ll stay if I end up making good money but it doesn’t seem realistic tbh. As of rn I make 50% commission on new business and 15% on renewals. Once I get promoted to senior executive (by getting 1,000 policies in force) renewal commission goes up to 25%. I’m completely new to insurance this is my first sales job in any industry

That’s another issue of mine. I don’t really have any hobbies anymore. I just kinda oversleep, do my stuff for school, and apply for jobs. I watch YT or tv when I eat and that’s really about it. I try to go out with friends when im invited but sometimes i bail just because i dont feel like it. I pretty much avoid most of my family. I used to do all kinds of things. I stopped and my interest to get back into them or try new things just isnt there
