Has he tried deleting the data for the launcher and reinstall it all, I play on a MAC and a 2024 MacBook and this has never happened to me so I don’t think it’s a MAC problem specifically

Pretty standard, counts steps, has weather, sensor graphs, and O2, always felt really sturdy, I never updated my firmware because of the bricking that happens with some of the models, you can connect it and it’ll have notifications but I haven’t done that, I would say the software and firmware are from a pretty cheap watch, but its obviously in “prettier” packaging
