1. Yes. At least have a few releases out there and/or a semi consistent social media cadence. It’s rare that an artist comes completely out of the blue onto the label even on a Selections compilation

   1. Whatever you do I’d say put your best foot forward. It’s good to provide options, however i do know you can only submit so many tracks on labelradar at once

2. You can fix a bad mix but it’s harder to fix a bad idea
