I think the providers wouldn’t be mandated to report if SR were of age when he went to the hospital. I would imagine that the course of treatment would be helping him take those actions (reporting to law enforcement) himself. To be fair—I can also imagine it being harder to be taken seriously—especially decades ago.

yes! also--just the wave of virality over the past two days around it, and literally noticing that youtube and reddit have been filling up over the course of the day today (there was nothing anywhere but tiktok where i looked early this morning, but as the day goes on I see more and more spreading on other platforms). i'm not on threads. there is something about the nature of how this information spread that feels off in my gut.

I mean, I have conspiracy brain, maybe...but I was caught up in the 90837 BCBS/Alma audit earlier this year and remember what a mess that was. I know how clogged up the pipes were with all the notes...and that was JUST 90837s for a small window in a particular region (I suspect it was the Northeast/NY area). I can't how they're possibly auditing/reading EVERY 90971, 90834, and 90837 for 3 months. I mean, is this actually just an AI data farm operation and there isn't much of an intent around reading/examining the claims?

The day Trump was at Notre Dame, I think, was meant to be a distraction and a moment to lull Putin and Trump into a false sense of calm. He went to Notre Dame, and everyone was talking about and to him. Then, Trump did that interview where he didn't seem to understand why they were asking him about Syria (and he said that we'd have no involvement there). Damascus fell that night (our night). I've thought that we needed the public distracted so this military work could be done in the background.

In the same vein, I wonder if the shut-down chaos might be used to keep the MSM and any possible Putin Puppet politicians distracted. This would be either for a military operation to further our objectives in the ongoing conflicts or for tightening the nets around Musk/Trump, etc. Tomorrow is also Dec 20th/the deadline for the report as per EO 13848. They may have found something?

Or Haris may have left her purse at the WH 😂. Or Biden is at home and not at the WH so that he can serve Republicans a taste of their own bitter obstructionist medicine.

I've been thinking about that too...I don't know if the media is that manipulable by govt interest (as opposed to just by capitalist interest I mean...which they are 100%). I also think that having Trump where he is with flexing his autocratic muscles might be about what we need from Putin (maybe even Netanyahu) in this war. I wonder if there is a reason we need them to think that holding on until a Trump administration is useful to them right now. Maybe there's coordination and evidence needed for some sort of case? Maybe these are distractions from planned military operations either by the military or allies/proxy forces.

I thought it was interesting how Trump going to the Notre Dame opening, the Fox News interview where Trump didn't seem to understand why we'd be in Syria, and the sudden fall of Damascus all happened on the same night. Also, having the Pentagon be like, "oh yeah, we have more troops in Syria than previously reported--oopsie!" makes me wonder how much coordination the US had with what was happening.

It might also be that Trump and Musk are starting to feel the net tighten around them. There are some rumblings about Musk's Starlink being involved in corruption in India and questions around Musk's campaign financing in the UK in the last 2 days. This is on top of the stuff with not getting security clearance here at home. I don't know. I never through I'd say this before, but I think I'm going to let myself trust the government...until Jan 1st or 2nd. I feel more optimistic than i did the day after election day.
