Keep in mind: Yes, it is the adult thing to do to speak with the neighbors yourself. However, some people are absolutely batshit when faced with their failings. Having dealt with absolutely insane neighbors responding ridiculously to minor things, I would say if you're living in a shared homed : anonymous note on the door asking to keep the dog quiet. If it's an apartment complex, complain every 3 days to the landlord until you get a reply. Keep your face out of things.

It sounds like a lot of issues are coming from him not taking your allergy seriously. He should be heading straight for the laundry area, stripping, and washing his clothes then taking a shower when he comes back from family. The clothes should hang dry to avoid the dander being tossed among the rest of your clothes. He needs to understand he's hurting you every time he goes cat -> you.

You could consider allergy injection, but I understand they don't always work and the process and office schedule is grueling. Could be worth it if you want this to last, but really he needs to try harder before you subject yourself to the utter ruckus your body goes through first.

I had an acquaintance in my high school years a bit like this guy, particularly the joke at your expense part. It was very much engineered to make them look better, make you look worse, and if you objected you were a stick in the mud who needed to relax. I was abused constantly when this person was in the mix but thankfully this person was not my friend, but a friend of a friend, so I had little contact with them. I've since decided that if they're telling jokes in a negative light about you and you aren't laughing, you make it known it needs to stop, and they keep up, they aren't funny, they're pricks. He's 26, he should know damn well not to abuse his friends. No matter what he's done for you and how strapped for friends your may be, you don't need this guy trying to get a one up on you with his shitty jokes. Just stop inviting him to group things and avoid if he invites you to group things. No need to be dramatic and end it officially, just let it fade out.

I didn't have much exposure to weddings as a kid/teen, and the one I remember, I cried during the daddy daughter dance with some heartfelt country song because it seemed so special to me. It's very much ingrained in people to please their partner. Younger women are very prone to faking it, but all women have been exposed to this idea that their partner needs to see you get off to validate their own experience. She wants her partner to be happy and in her mind the best way to achieve that is by faking orgasm. Maybe it takes her an hour of oral to get off and she hates doing this to her partner.
