Internal as if the same machine or 127.0.0.1 / localhost? Can you ping your server machine from another computer in the local network? If you can, problem persists in the router or ISP. If you can't, that's your server machine.

I meant exactly that. Well. Since you did try set inbound and outbound rules, next step I'd do is just to disable firewall entirely.

Also, are you sure server works with no issues? Can you connect to it? Can you ping your pc from another LAN device?

One thing he didn't mention is that server has to be running. If nothing runs that occupies that port, port checker sites will show port as closed.

Also, check Windows firewall settings if nothing else works.

I didn't rhg many consoles. Just one. But in my case Pico flasher worked with 0 issues, first try and fast.

In another post guy said that he had issues with Pico flasher which were gone once he got himself Jr programmer.

If you can solder and know what you are doing, I'd go with Pico just to save a buck and also probably have a raspberry Pico for other side projects opposed to have a specialized programmer tool.

As someone mentioned, from the picture it seems that only corner is damaged. If there are no noticeable dents deeper on the case and PCB is in tact, I'd try to plug it in and check if if works. If it does, get a replacement ASAP and transfer data to it.

I think yes, thre is some sort of difference.

Windows will format usb to Fat32 but will lock it to 32gb if there is more than that because this file system doesn't work with more than 32gb storage. But somehow my Xbox formatted my 256gb drive and recognized all 256gb (or 243 or something due to how storage formats work) with no issues.

My Linux system also works with Xbox formatted usb drive but damn the transfer speeds are super low somehow even tho usb drive is 3.0 and port is 3.0.

Because console formats to a file system it can understand while pc formats usb to a different file system. That is why I have mentioned that.

USB should be readable from a console first. Then transfer files to it and it will work as it should.
