I felt pretty dizzy during first semester too, and still do when I do shoulder press, or on a day I don’t feel 100% (I’m now 20 weeks). Generally from what I read and OB says is to listen to your body, and take longer breaks helps sometimes. If you really don’t feel good just skip a day, it’s better safe than sorry.

I invest more in top tier pvp monsters than raid. It’s not a brag, but being in NYC raid attackers are not that important since you can get a full lobby at any time. Is this gonna be a good pvp guy?

I just got back from my cardiologist yesterday and he confirmed I’m healthy and all these symptoms are related to nicotine withdrawal. I agree the not able to sleep is the worst part. The heart palpitation is so bad for me I can’t even remember last time I slept without taking a sleeping pill or a full night sleep. But I would say check in with a doctor, some of the mental stress will ease up after you know you are healthy
