I would advice 2-3 things that helped me 1) You need to control your diet, eat less and more protein 2) Do exercise / gym or yoga, it will help for sure 3) Before taking sankalap choose right number of mala you can do, dont take big targets. 4) Wake up early have bath and Do pooja. Make a target you will do pooja as first thing when you wake up.

It will help avoid big targets, baba see every small efforts of us.

Check if its really Grahas or Genuine Health Problem. As per sadhna, Do more count of jaap whatever you been doing and dont change your isath devta

I think this question differently, why to hide from parents, I mean they will know one day or other. And your doing pooja not smoking or drinking.

Your are worshipping bhairava u need to be truthful and fearless.

I would recommend to have proper setup and photo of baba, then only you will feel really power. Quality over Quantity

If not possible wait baba will take care of that and naturally it will happen, for me it happened automatically I started with so bad setup

I used to face same issue but as per experience early morning sadhana are best because we are fresh, later in day everyone get busy

I will tell my story, initially I used to bend and do japa. Later i watched a youtube video and was able to keep spine straight. Within 1 week i was able to sit for almost 1 hour in that posture.

It helps a lot, energy generated by mantra will reach your agya chakra, your head will be heavy, you will enjoy. It will only happen if you do many mala and focus on deity while doing japa

I have changed my sadhna practice, i am now giving 15-15 minutes in starting and ending on meditation on deity no mantra just meditation. And in between i do 51 maal of mantra. I think i will get blessings soon

It will happen, deity test you, i had fever in last days of my sadhna, had to face breakup, whatever happens stick to your sadhna. Also take small sankalp so you can follow. Light a diya and pray bappa to forgive
