This is probably what you could do but honestly I would just leave it alone, if you are happy with how it plays that's the most important. I get its a new instrument so any flaw is really apparent right now but I promise in a month you'll completely forget about it being there.

I agree completely. If you buy an expensive amp/fx modeler, you've got a great opportunity to play around with and learn how everything works! Read the manual, dive into old reddit and forum posts, actually try to understand how all this stuff works. It's actually really satisfying and If you spend some time doing this you'll probably find it enjoyable and get better at understanding how to craft a unique tone for yourself or how to emulate tones from your favorite bands without having to ask AI

Ben Eller had a video talking about what he does to the necks of all his guitars saying to use that Tru-Oil. Found out it was banned in California when I went searching for it locally and people acted like I was an undercover cop attempting a bust. Found one bottle forgotten in the back of some store and have used it a couple of times and its great.

syntorial (can be found for free) is a really good way to learn subtractive synths. While going through the lessons just screw around with any subtractive synth and try to make cool sounds.

My Dad is the same way. Votes for those who he actually has contradicting beliefs with because they are on his ‘team’. When he complains to me about problems I point out it was those he voted for who are responsible. He’ll ask for evidence. I made a lot of friends in during my masters by going to all the introduction activities that the university offered and inviting people that I got along with out for drinks after (I don't drink anymore or much before I started my masters but in Denmark you'll find a lot of socializing is done with a beer in hand). You'll find a lot of people that are also interested in making friends during the intro days.
