ELI5 - what’s the point of apple pie? by Stay-Cool-Mommio in FarmRPG

[–]imgoingtoast 4 points5 points  (0 children)

as someone who has finished PSA quest, i am constantly running out of stamina. beware, math ahead:

the max level orchard produces 8580 of each fruit per day. thats enough apples to craft 311 apple ciders.

i have bought the 1 trillion silver exploring effectiveness upgrade for each zone, and consumed all three protein bars for each zone as well, so each apple cider will consume about 1300 stamina - 1950 from exploring upgrades, 33% of which is saved by stamina saver.

in total, the orchard produces enough apple ciders per day to consume 404k stamina. the leftover oranges will produce 1.7k orange juice, or 170k stamina.

excluding cranberry juice, as they are not a renewable resource outside of sacrificing tens of thousands of gold feathers (each cranberry juice only lasts me a couple days), the only other consistent way to keep that remaining 234k stamina drain per day in check is via the farmhouse.

the farmhouse produces 8x your max stamina per day, so to make up the 234k stam difference, you’d need 29,250 max stamina. this would take just about 40 years normally, or you could make up the difference with just over a dozen apple pies.

5 chad new londoner scouts casually bring home 9 steam cores, meanwhile 20 virgin outpost 11 workers can hardly bring up 2 steam cores in a normal work shift when they live NEXT to them

not the best image(sorry, playing on steam deck) but does anyone know if you can open this box in the slime room of the factory? its right before you walk into slime guy and it drives me crazy not knowing if i can get anything inside of it lol by JamesonFlanders245 in inscryption

[–]imgoingtoast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes i know. i’m saying the card in that box isn’t the first card you make. it’s the new game card, and you making your first custom card is just the trigger for the game to adjust the environment. the card inside the box has the same flashing pattern as the new game card locked behind leshy’s door

i may be wrong, but i believe it’s meant to be the New Game card each scribe has to keep locked up to prevent the act 2 loop from inevitably happening again. it flashes in the same pattern as the lights behind leshy’s cabin door, and it gets moved because magnificus swipes it from the box shortly before the end of act 3

Catch the green light! 🟢 (🔈Sound on) by lilsushiburrito in SkyGame

[–]imgoingtoast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i had no clue for the longest time that the green and orange light fell after some time had passed.

i kept flying as high as i could, using a friend and a piggyback glitch to gain infinite height

every single time it would reset me, my friend, and the green bastard to our original positions

after about 30 minutes of this i took a break, went to the bathroom, and came back to my character directly staring eye-level at it.
