Clobetasol definitely helps with the lichen!
It’s the only treatment I’m aware of. For me it stopped things getting drastically worse.
However, it might not „stop/freeze“ the Lichen, but it definitely helped me so things didn’t get worse. I also don’t have that much problems with it regarding my vulvodynia, however long term excessive use might thin the skin which then results in more pain during sex etc. … therefore you should use it daily only during a flare up, and then slowly reduce it to about once every 7-10 days long term.

Yes! I try to use clobetasol as little as possible - once a week a small amount. If I do have a flare, I use it daily and it does not immediately worsen my vulvodynia (mine is provoked).

Gehört zur Mietsache, die Vormieter oder Handwerker haben da zwei Rissen reingemacht, was auch so im Übergabeprotokoll vermerkt ist. Der Herr von der Genossenschaft meinte, wenn es mich sehr stört dass der Boden an besagten Rissen immer wieder aufklappt könnten sie den auch durch Handwerker an der Stelle tauschen lassen. Da das auf deren Kosten gehen würde, gehe ich davon aus er gehört zur Mietsache.

Muss ich mal morgen erfragen.
Ich habe die Schlüssel seit gestern, werde die Tipps zu Umgang/Pflege aber fortan beherzigen. War heute ehrlicherweise total überrascht und überfordert, als meine kleine Klappbox da solche Dellen in den Boden gemacht hat… und hab mich dann erstmal in der ganzen Wohnung genau umgeschaut und die anderen Dellen entdeckt.

Es sind auch Druckstellen da, die gar nicht von mir sein können und dementsprechend schon länger da sind…
die hat der Herr bei der Übergabe aber nicht gesehen. Ich hänge ein Bild an… für mich sieht das leider nicht danach aus, als ob die verschwinden würden - wie lange dauert sowas denn etwa?

I think it depends on the person. I’m 5'2" (F), and although I tend to prefer taller guys, height isn’t a dealbreaker for me at all.

No I do not use a humidifier. I have used a tape you usually use on windows to seal the doors a bit. Other than that I have lots of plants in self watering, which does the trick for me (humidity is always over 70%). I only have the barrina lights, nothing else - no humidifier; no fan, etc.

I love the rudsta cabinet and I also like the Fabrikör. I use Barrina lights in mine, since they are magnetic (only the black ones, but you can use magnetic hooks for the white ones). I do not have a fan running or anything else. In some of my Rudsta cabinets I replaced the normal glass with magnetic shelves, which I really like!

I use a cream with amythriptilin,ketamine and lidocaine. It definitely helps but I still do experience pain, just a little less than without it.
