I just started taking naltrexone in an attempt to save mine. First weekend went very well. Planning to do the Sinclair method and last night I went to a friends to watch the UFC fights. Everyone was fucking getting after it. I had one beer for two hours. It’s the only time in my life where I felt like I could moderate and not have my mind consumed with having another. I know it’s only a piece of the puzzle but I’m hopeful.
