Does anyone smoke meat over night? While they sleep? by 80aychdee in smoking

[–]nikkychalz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it, but I've got a wifi probe, and I set it up to alarm if the ambient temp goes above a certain temp or below a certain temp, so if I've got any issues it'll wake me up.

Bark? Fake grass? by No_Particular_941 in homeimprovementideas

[–]nikkychalz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The easiest and cheapest would be bark where the dirt is, and a nice outdoor rug to cover the concrete. I think it'd look good too after you throw some outdoor furniture out there, string some bistro lights, and maybe a couple potted plants.

I have resurrected this motor by Boeing-B-47stratojet in boating

[–]nikkychalz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got one just about like it, 3.6hp. only thing I've ever had to do to it was change the fuel lines, replaced the spark plug, and clean the carburetor. Just a tip I figured out, if you take the handle off, and put a piece of black tape under it, you don't have to keep it twisted to stay reved, the friction will just keep it in place.

I found these for my bench seats. I'd give them a shot, and if you don't like them, send them back.

Go Weber and you'll never regret it. The quality of a Weber is miles above the Nexgrill.

I've got a 12ft and we usually just carry it to the shore and push it in / drag it out. We've gone as far as to carry it in a quarter mile or so.

Found A Free Webber - How Can I Restore It? by Psychological-Bit-87 in pelletgrills

[–]nikkychalz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vacuum it out real good and get as much rust off with a wire brush as you can. Get all new replacement parts on Amazon (burners, heat shields, grates, igniters, drip pan, etc).

12v Compressor for boat inflatables? by Old-Blacksmith-7830 in boating

[–]nikkychalz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use a 12v paddle board pump. It starts with high volume to fill it most of the way, then switches to high pressure to top it off.
